3. Use of Services

Our services are for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our course content without explicit written permission.

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including courses, videos, quizzes, and materials, are the intellectual property of School of AI or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. User Content

By submitting content such as forum posts or project submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform for educational purposes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that harms other users or the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

School of AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
